Mr. N. Gopal
Managing Member
Mr. Gopal has managed all
aspects of Business and Technology for
MindWav, LLC including Sales, Marketing,
Technology, and Operations. Prior to that,
Mr. Gopal was Chief Operating Officer and
founding member of Reliable Technologies
that offers online reporting services to the
financial industry. Gopal had full P&L
responsibility for Reliable Technologies and
built a large client base within the
financial industry including Fidelity
Investments (one of the world's largest
investment brokerage service companies). Mr.
Gopal was also Senior Technologist at
ChoicePoint PRG, a leading provider of
online data services. At ChoicePoint, he
managed, designed and implemented a number
of the products and services that were
responsible for over $40 Million in yearly
Revenue. With Gopal's expertise, ChoicePoint
was able to secure a number of
technology-based contracts for delivery of
public records information to fortune 500
companies. Mr. Gopal also worked at IBM for
over 10 years was on the original design
team for the IBM Local Area Network. Mr.
Gopal has an MBA and a BSEE in Engineering
from Duke University. Gopal is a member of
the IEEE and was a founding member of many
software-based working groups that set the
standard for design and implementation of

Mr. Curtis E.
Evans Managing Member
Mr. Curtis E. Evans has
managed all aspects of Technology, Business,
and support for Mindwav, LLC. Prior to
founding MindWav, LLC, Mr. Evans joined
Upstream in November 2006 with over 18 years
of experience in the high-tech industry.
Prior to Upstream Curtis was Director of
Technical Solutions for Medical Technologies
Group and was responsible for designing and
developing web based Electronic Medical
Records. He also served as Director of
Product Architecture and Business
Development with Protocol Communications. As
a Senior Member of the technical Staff for
Choice Point, he was responsible for the
creation of AutotrackXP, a Web-based
e-commerce solution providing secure access
to billions of public records. As Director
of Corporate Systems for ProxyMedPharmacy,
he led the development of one of the first
electronic pharmaceutical transaction
processing services. At the Veterans
Administration Medical Center in WV
implemented one of the first paperless
medical office solutions that is now
standard in all VA medical centers in the
country. Mr. Evans served in the Marine
Corps and attended Marshall University.
